It’s been a while since I’ve made any book recommendations. I’ve been in a bit of a reading slump, unable to find anything that really drew me in, biding my time waiting for the next Black Dagger Brotherhood book. Then I discovered a great series, Demonica by Larissa Ione. While it did take me a little while to get into the first book, I’m glad I gave it a chance and kept reading because the second half is filled with non-stop action that hooked me on the series.
The premise is fresh and brilliant, the world Ms. Ione has created for Demonica is fascinating, the characters are vividly written, and the plot twists and turns will keep you on the edge of your seat. My only complaint is that I have to wait until February to get my hands on Lore’s story, Ecstasy Unveiled.
